Our parkade has two stairwell access and emergency exit points:
Northwest Stairwell Levels:

Southeast Stairwell Levels:

Elevator Access:
Elevator access via the southeast vestibules located on levels:
P1, P3, P5, P7, P9.
Please note that there is no elevator access from the Rooftop Levels P11-P12 and from the Underground Levels UG1-UG3.
Pay Station Location:
Our parkade has two parking pay stations where you can purchase your parking time. You can use a pay station at the P1 elevator vestibule and on the P4 level next to the Plus 15 Skywalk entrance.
Pay With Phone:
You can conveniently pay for your parking by texting Vibe26 to 77500. Once you do this, you will receive a payment link via text to provide your payment method.
Proof of Payment:
Regardless of which parking payment method you choose, there is no need to display a receipt. Your license plate is your proof of payment.
+15 Skywalk Access:
You can access Calgary's Plus 15 Skywalk from the P4 Level.

Why Park Downtown At The Pacific Parkade?
Variety of Affordable Parking Spaces
From our rooftop stalls which offer a great view of new and legacy buildings, to a heated underground parking space, the Pacific Parkade has a parking stall that is right for you. Our P2 to P10 levels offer covered, open air parking that are lit with natural sunlight during the day. You can access each parking level from two stairwells located on the northwest and southeast sides of the parkade.
There are a total of three accessible stalls. One is located at the northeast corner of the P1 level situated between the P2 to P12 entrance and the underground entrance. You will find two additional accessible stalls located on the P4 level to the right of the Pay Station and the Plus 15 Skywalk entrance. Accessible stalls do require valid payment or a monthly parking pass. You will need to display a valid Alberta parking placard to utilize the accessible parking spaces.
The newly renovated rooftop stalls offer the largest discount available for monthly parking, while the heated underground parking commands a premium for the exclusive access and heated area of the facility.
Indoor Access To Prominent Buildings (+15 Skywalk)
Once you are parked at the Pacific Parkade, you will have easy access to Calgary's Plus 15 Skywalk Network.
Walking north through our access point entrance will take you into the 715 Fifth Avenue building. From this point you will be able to safely navigate your way (indoors) to major downtown buildings and landmarks that are connected to the Plus 15 Skywalk. Plus 15 Network hours are currently weekdays: 6AM – 7PM.
The sign image below shows the buildings that you may access that are located within two blocks east or west of the Pacific Parkade. You can also access McDougall Centre which is one block north of the parkade.
Three Easy Ways To Pay For Parking
1. Pay at a Pay Station
The Vibe Pay Stations are equipped with Pay by License Plate technology so that once you complete payment, you will not need to display a receipt on the dashboard of your vehicle. You will want to take a receipt because it contains the pedestrian door access code to re-enter the stairwell or elevator from the 6th Avenue street entrance.

2. Pay With QR Code
Throughout the parkade on each level, you will find "Pay Here" signage that allows you to scan a QR code with your smartphone. The Vibe Parking QR Code will take you to the payment site whereby you can pay for hourly or all day parking. You will be able to complete your payment in a few simple steps and then be on your way to your destination.

3. Pay Via Text
Vibe Parking offers a pay by text service. From your text messaging app on your phone, please Text "VIBE26" to 77500. Once sent, you will receive a link via text message so that you can move to the Vibe site and complete your vehicle information and provide payment for hourly or daily parking.
